For the sales of a closed property fund (in Boston, MA) more than 10 million contacts including the highest German income-level individuals have been approached within a time frame of six month. HC was contracted by DB Real Estate to create, develop and implement a marketing package including:
- Create Boston key visual, slogan and name
- Design and print of 250,000 sales brochures and 20,000 pure tourism destination brochures
- Own TV Production of 8-min Dolby digital promotional video about Boston/Massachusetts (6,000 VHS/CDs presented during road show)
- Fam trip : 15 Sales Executives of DB Real Estate and a team of photographers visited Boston/Massachusetts
- Press fam trip: 18 top journalists of German business magazines visited Boston/ Massachusetts
- Complete organization of a Massachusetts theme road show through 18 German cities. Presentation to 1,900 high-level income individuals
